Refund Policy

Short version: if you are not happy with a case file, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.

14-day refund guarantee

You can request a full refund for any SLIPSTRM case file or bundle within 14 days of the purchase date, for any reason.

How to request a refund

Email slipstream.mediainfo@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout.
Include your order number, found in your receipt email from Lemon Squeezy.
We will confirm within two business days.

How refunds are paid

Our orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days for the money to appear.

Technical problems

If a file will not download or open, contact us first. We will send a working copy right away, and you can still choose a refund if it does not solve the problem.

After 14 days

Refunds requested more than 14 days after purchase are not normally available, except where required by law or where a file is faulty.

Abuse

We may decline refunds where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated purchase and refund of the same product.
