Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases of digital products from the SLIPSTRM store at stayinslipstrm.shop. The store is operated by Baymedia LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA ("we", "us"). By buying a product, you agree to these terms.

1. Our products

We sell digital publications ("case files") in PDF format. Each product page describes what is included, the number of pages and the price. Products are delivered electronically. Nothing is shipped.

2. Ordering and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Lemon Squeezy provides all customer service inquiries related to payment and handles returns. Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and collected by Lemon Squeezy at checkout.

3. Delivery

After payment, you receive immediate access to your download on the confirmation screen and by email. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us at slipstream.mediainfo@gmail.com.

4. Your licence

When you buy a case file, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read and keep it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or upload the file to other websites, and you may not present its contents as your own. Short quotations with credit to SLIPSTRM are welcome.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Content and accuracy

Our case files are works of journalism, history and commentary based on the public record. Factual statements are drawn from published sources listed in each file. Sections labelled "SLIPSTRM's Ruling" and similar are opinion and analysis. We work to keep information accurate as of the date shown in each file, but events, especially legal proceedings, may change after publication.

7. No affiliation

SLIPSTRM is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Formula 1, Formula One Management, the FIA, or any team, driver or sponsor. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the subjects discussed.

8. Intellectual property

All case files, text, designs and images on this site are owned by Baymedia LLC unless stated otherwise, and are protected by copyright.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
